NBCUniversal Ideator was launched in 2018, as an initiative to foster cross-functional collaboration within the company – towards the creation of digital-first, consumer-engaging content.
As part of inspiring and coaching fellow colleagues to contribute their ideas, in-house incubation sessions were conducted – centered on upcoming business foci.

For the premiere of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, various departments came together to create bespoke content for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Interns were also successfully guided to create 2 new digital video series: E! What The Fad?! (18 episodes of beauty content) and DIVA Bake It Till You Make It (8 episodes of baking content).
The initiative also led to an on-going collaboration with wellness influencer Tiffany Soi to create a range of Yoga-centered shorts for TV and social platforms.
The three-fold aim of NBCUniversal Ideator is to encourage cross-functional collaboration and understanding, share our creative expertise and tools with interested colleagues and increase digital-first ideation and greater content localization within the organization.
See More: TV, Streaming, Brand Marketing, Digital Publishing, Social Media, Staff Engagement, Asia-Pacific, NBCUniversal, E!, DIVA, Studio Universal
