Contributing to the growth of SPH Media – Singapore's largest omnichannel media network – STUDIO+65 is its in-house creative agency supported by custom-built studio and production facilities. Dedicated to driving creative production strategy and innovation in the growth formats of digital video and audio, this new unit partners the storied organization’s 40+ media titles in strengthening its digital media offerings.


Over 4 months in 2023, I mapped the launch of STUDIO+65 – through leading the branding and scoping of bespoke studio and production facilities spanning 10,000+ square feet within the SPH News Centre; and building a 37-strong multidisciplinary team comprising Creative, Studio Operations, Production Management and Post-Production – collaborating across newsrooms and functions to understand and optimize the digital communication goals and creative production needs of one of Asia's leading news media organizations.


From Singapore, for the world: STUDIO+65 draws inspiration from its location – and country code – as a banner for journalistic and creative excellence originating from SPH Media and Singapore. Its overarching aim is to deepen organizational knowledge and capabilities in the delivery of high-quality creative assets and resources for SPH Media's bouquet of media brands spanning The Straits Times, Singapore's newspaper of record, as well as the nation's leading vernacular dailies Lianhe Zaobao, Berita Harian and Tamil Murasu, et al.
