Even in affluent Singapore, there are financially needy patients who cannot afford medical treatment and do not qualify for financial aids. The NUHS Fund Limited helps these needy patients meet their healthcare needs. Education awards such as scholarships and bursaries for medical, dental and nursing students also help to nurture future medical professionals, ensuring the continuity and quality of healthcare in Singapore.
